- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This real estate firm is terribly managed and operated by Zinaida Mantsirina and her husband of whom are violating potential renters and exhibiting discriminatory behavior with the application and inquiry process for particular homes. If you call and you are African American they automatically assume you are a single mother with several children and will attempt to lure you away from a the property you request to see and steer you into a lower income section of Palm Coast. I have reported this agency to FL DBPR and FREC they certainly need to be investigated for their rental application process.
